Cloud Lime
Makes one 9" or 10" pie, to serve 6 to 8

Cloud Lime could not be simpler or more delicious. It's light and rich at the same time, with a refreshingly tart grin on its face.

1 cup heavy or whipping cream
8 oz. can frozen limeade, thawed
3/4 cup condensed milk
Zest of 2 limes, finely minced
1 9" or 10" graham cracker crumb pieshell

-- In a narrow metal bowl, beat the cream on highest speed until roughly triple in volume. Add to the whipped cream the limeade, condensed milk, and zest. Beat again briefly at highest speed. Spoon filling into pieshell and freeze at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Storage

Cloud Lime keeps for up to 2 days in the freezer.
